Please read the following points carefully. Your decision to purchase means that you agree to the following.

Pricing
The price of individual products can change without notice, however the price of the item displayed on our
proforma invoice will be valid for not less than 7 days. We aim only to display items which are in stock and
which can be dispatched to you quickly. If we are unable to supply any part of your order then we will allow
you to choose to cancel the whole order and get a full refund or have the remainder of your order shipped
and have a refund of the cost of the out-of-stock items.

Payment Methods
Unless otherwise stated on the proforma invoice, payment must be by telegraphic transfer to our nominated
bank account and the funds cleared prior to the shipment being dispatched.

Order Delivery
Most orders are dispatched within one to five working days. Delays can occur in certain circumstances, for
example, if an item you have ordered is out of stock and we are waiting for new supplies. If, for whatever
reason, we are unable to deliver your goods to you within 7 days, we will contact you and organise another
date for delivery or offer you a refund. We are not liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery. An email
including photo's and the shippers or postal references is sent to you when your goods are dispatched from
our warehouse. It is your responsibility as the customer to ensure that someone is available at the delivery
address you provided, when your order is delivered. If your order is returned to us by the carrier because
they couldn't deliver the goods or because you didn't arrange to collect your order from their offices you may
be required to pay an additional shipping, postage and/or handling charge before we reship your goods.

Shipping
Small orders are often best sent by registered parcel post from Hong Kong though it is your responsibility
to arrange the method of shipping and insurance for your order. In most cases the shipper you choose
will collect your order from our warehouse. We cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage from the
time the shipper collects your order. We double check and photograph all packages to ensure the contents
are correct plus we use recorded video monitoring in our packing and dispatch area. Should any package
appear to be damaged or partially opened, it is best to have the delivery company confirm the contents are
as expected and if necessary, have them make an official report of any missing or damaged.

Warranty
Unless otherwise stated on the proforma invoice, all items are covered by a 12 month warranty, starting from
our invoice date. Warranty does not cover damage due to misuse or accidents. Non warranty services may
incur charges. Please do not return items to us without having contacted us in advance. When returning
items, you will be responsible for them until they reach us. For your own protection when returning items,
we suggest you use a secure delivery method that requires a signature upon delivery.

Paintings
Paintings made to order, ie. from a photo, are painted by professional artists and are guaranteed to meet
your satisfation. If you are not satisfied with the result, notify us of the problem and then return it, so we can
repaint it or refund what you paid for it, less any shipping costs.

General
Paintings displayed on his web site are reproductions and any found to breach copywrite will be removed.
We also cannot produce art works based customers photo's or drawings that are found to violate the laws
of Hong Kong or China. The laws of Hong Kong govern these transactions and only the courts of Hong
Kong will decide any disputes.
